This Privacy Policy explains how BIBOSA RETAIL (“KYDA”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you visit www.kyda.in or place an order with us.

By using our website, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

You give us directly:

• Name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and email address when you place an order

• Email address when you subscribe to our newsletter

• Any information you share when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp

Collected automatically when you browse:

• Device type, browser, operating system and IP address

• Pages you viewed, products you looked at, and items added to your cart

• Referring website and how you arrived at our site

We do not collect or store your payment details. Card numbers, UPI IDs and net banking credentials are handled directly by our payment gateway and never reach our servers.

• To process, pack, dispatch and deliver your order

• To send order confirmations, dispatch and delivery updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp

• To handle returns, exchanges and refunds

• To answer your questions and resolve complaints

Marketing messages

If you subscribe, we may send you offers and product updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, by replying STOP to an SMS, or by emailing info@kyda.in. Transactional messages about an order you have placed will still be sent.

How long we keep your data

We keep order records for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting law, which is generally eight years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Delete your information, where we are not required by law to keep it

• Stop sending you marketing messages

Our website runs on HTTPS, and payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We limit access to customer information to staff who need it to fulfil orders and handle support. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Children’s privacy

We sell clothing for children, but our website is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, email info@kyda.in and we will delete it.
